同质化管理在一院多区护理质量监控中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨同质化管理在一院多区护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法采用统一的三级护理质量控制管理模式,并根据临床实际设三级护理质量控制管理模式评价表,统一护理质量管理标准和检查方法,在分级质量控制检查的基础上对多个区域不同护理单元实施同质化管理。结果实施同质化管理后,各院区护理质量及患者满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在多院区不同护理单元实施同质化管理能有效提高护理质量和患者满意度,增强了护士主动服务意识,值得在一院多中心护理管理中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect on homogenization management in multi district nursing quality management of one hospital.Method Adopted the unified three-level nursing quality control management mode,set up the three-level nursing quality control management mode evaluation table according to the clinical practice,unified the nursing quality management standards and inspection methods,and implemented the homogenization management on the basis of the hierarchical quality control inspection for different nursing units in multiple regions.Results After homogenization management,the nursing quality and patient satisfaction of each hospital area were improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The homogenization management in multi district nursing can effectively improve nursing quality and patients satisfaction,enhance nurses'active service consciousness,and it is worth popularizing and applying in multi center nursing management of a hospital.
