产前超声在胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年12月在广东省妇幼保健院接受产前超声检查并经出生后手术病理证实的胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤19例病例,分析病变的超声影像和临床资料。结果19例胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤中,4例(21.05%)表现为囊性,混合型囊性为主11例(57.89%),混合型实性为主4例(21.05%)。按肿瘤生长形态和部位分类:Ⅰ型2例(10.53%),Ⅱ型15例(78.95%),Ⅲ型1例(5.26%),Ⅳ型1例(5.26%)。羊水过多和早产各3例(15.79%)。病理诊断成熟型15例(78.95%),未成熟型4例(21.05%)。结论超声检查在胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤诊断和孕期监测中起到重要作用,为胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤的孕期管理、产科医生临床诊治方案制定提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the application of prenatalultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of fetal sacrococcygealteratoma(SCT).Methods Analyses of 19 cases of fetal SCT through ultrasound and confirmed by autopsy after surgery between 2016 to 2019.Results 4 cases were cystic type,11 cases of cystic predominant type,4 cases of solid predominant type and none was for solid type.Two cases were typeⅠ,15 fetal typeⅡ,1 cases typeⅢand 1 fetal was for typeⅣ.The commoncomplications were polyhydramnios(15.79%)and premature delivery(15.79%).15 cases presented with mature SCT while four cases had immatureteratomas.Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis and pregnancy monitoring of fetal SCT.Prenatal ultrasound provides reference for the management and treatment of SCT.
