皮秒激光联合含虫草护肤品治疗皮肤色素性疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察皮秒激光治疗皮肤色素性疾病后即刻皮肤反应和生理参数变化,以及含虫草素护肤品对其的干预作用。方法皮肤色素性疾病患者20例,采用自身对照即将同一患者两侧半脸进行分组比较,分别为观察组和对照组。20例患者均行全面部皮秒激光治疗后即刻,观察组随机选择患者的半侧脸,使用含虫草素护肤品;对照组选择另外半侧脸,使用基质护肤品。记录患者皮秒治疗后护肤品干预治疗前后皮肤温度(skin temperatur,ST)、表皮水分含量(hydration)、经表皮水分丢失量(transepidermal water loss,TEWL)变化,并进行激光治疗后疼痛、灼烧感的主观评价比较。结果皮秒激光治疗后即刻,双侧面部均出现皮肤温度和表皮水分升高,TEWL丢失增加及红斑、风团、灼热和疼痛等反应,护肤品干预后两侧皮肤温度、灼热和疼痛感均显著降低。观察侧水分含量和TEWL明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮秒激光治疗后有轻度皮肤炎性反应,但持续时间短,使用含虫草素护肤品干预后可明显减轻灼热、疼痛反应,并可促进屏障功能恢复。Objective To observe the skin biophysical parameter alternation after picosecond laser treatment and the intervention effect of cordycepin-containing skincare.Methods Totally 20 patients were enrolled in this study.After picosecond laser treatment,each patient was given cordycepincontaining skincare randomly on half side of the face and skincare containing matrix on the other side as a control.Skin temperature,hydration and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were measured before the operation,right after the laser treatment and after theskincare intervention respectively.The subjective evaluation results were recorded.The differences between the two groups wereanalyzed.Results Immediately after the picosecond laser treatment,the skin temperature,hydration and TEWL of the patients increasedremarkably,and symptoms like erythema,wheal,burning sensation and moderate pain appeared.The skin temperature,burningsensation and pain decreased rapidly after the intervention in both groups.Compared with the control group,the intervention groupachieved better effect in hydration increase and TEWL reduction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The reaction after picosecond laser is mild and short lasting.Cordycepin-containing skincare will significantly reducethe discomfort of burning and pain while promoting the repair of skin barrier functions.
