摘　　要：晕痣是一种中心痣周围皮肤出现色素脱失斑的皮肤疾病,发病率约为1%,无性别差异。目前对晕痣的研究较少,现将近年来晕痣的流行病学、临床表现、组织病理学、病因及发病机制,尤其对晕痣的中心痣祛除与否做详细总结。Halo nevus is a skin disease with depigmentation around the central nevus,occurring about 1%of the population,with no gender difference.At present,there is little research on halo nevus.In this paper,the epidemiology,clinical manifestation,histopathology,etiology and pathogenesis of halo nevus in recent years are summarized in detail,especially whether the central nevus of halo nevus is removed or not.
