摘  要:7×××系铝合金由于具有高的比强度、断裂韧性和抗疲劳能力,被广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通以及国防领域.但由于其合金化程度较高,时效过程中析出行为复杂,区域组织差异显著,因此对应力腐蚀开裂表现出高的敏感性.从应力腐蚀机制,合金成分、微观组织、环境介质等对7×××系铝合金应力腐蚀开裂影响的研究现状进行了较全面的评述,并在此基础上提出了7×××系铝合金应力腐蚀开裂应重点关注的研究内容和方向,为进一步拓展7×××系铝合金的工程应用领域提供参考.7×××series Al alloys are widely used in aerospace,rail transit and national defense fields by virtue of their high specific strength,fracture toughness and fatigue resistance.However,the precipitation behavior of 7×××series Al alloy is intricate due to the high alloying degree which leads to remarkable localized microstructure difference,so that 7××× series Al alloys exhibit high sensitivity to stress corrosion cracking(SCC).This paper provides a comprehensive review of the effect of corrosion mechanism,alloy composition,microstructure and environment on SCC behavior of 7×××series alloys,and suggests some research interests deserving significant attention.In addition,we provide reference for the expansion of application of 7×××series Al alloys in engineering fields.
