摘　　要：基于企业转型理论、企业创业理论和互联网等相关研究,以中国创业板上市公司为样本,对企业“互联网+”转型的模式、基因和绩效的关系提出并验证假设。研究表明:企业应注重互联网信息技术能力的培养和资源积累,进行“互联网+”转型;企业无论是否掌握IT能力,都可以通过外部资源快速进行融合,掌握先动者优势;企业无论采用何种模式实施“互联网+”转型战略,都必须重视互联网信息技术与业务产品等自身资源的深度融合。“Internet plus”mode provides an effective path for the integration of Chinese industrial entity and Internet economy during economic transformation,and the companies are facing various challenges involving“Internet plus”transformation.Based on relevant research on the enterprise transformation theory,entrepreneurship theory and Internet and by taking listed companies in growth enterprise market in China as the samples,this paper proposes and verifies hypotheses on the relationships among the mode,gene and performance of enterprise“Internet plus”transformation.The research shows that:the enterprise shall pay attention to the cultivation of Internet information technology capabilities and resource accumulation for“Internet plus”transformation;no matter whether the enterprise grasps the IT capabilities,it can conduct integration through external resources to have the advantages of first mover;no matter what mode the enterprise uses to implement“Internet plus”transformation strategy,it must attach importance to the deep integration of Internet information technology and its own business,products and other resources.
