摘　　要：建设一支高水平的实验技术人员队伍是促进北京科研仪器、科学数据以及生物种质等科技基础条件资源作用发挥的重要因素,但是由于体制机制等原因,北京地区实验技术人员存在整体素质不强、社会地位不高、晋升渠道不畅等问题。本文分析了北京地区科技基础条件资源的实验技术人员配备情况,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策建议。It is an important factor that building a team of high-level laboratory technicians in promoting the role of basic scientific and technological resources such as instruments,scientific data and biological germplasm in Beijing.There are many problems for laboratory technicians in Beijing such as poor overall quality,low social status and poor promotion channels.This paper analyzes the allocation of laboratory technicians for basic scientific and technological resources in Beijing and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
