四川彝族地区农村图书室建设的问题和对策

摘　　要：为有效促进以四川省凉山彝族自治州为主的彝族地区的农村图书室建设,采用现场调研和电话咨询相结合的方法,对农村图书室的现状进行分析.结果发现存在阅读能力有限、供需不相匹配、管理服务无序等问题,提出重视建设、科学配置、规范管理、建立长效运行机制等对策.In order to effectively promote the construction of rural libraries in the Yi nationality area dominating the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province,the present situation of rural libraries was analyzed by means of on-site investigation and telephone consultation.The results show that there exist problems like inadequate reading ability,supply-demand mismatch,disorder of management service,etc.After an in-depth cause-finding analysis of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as priority be placed to construction and operation,scientific allocation of cultural products,standardizing management and operation level,and the establishing of long-term operation mechanism,etc.
