自媒体时代00后大学新生心理适应性问题及对策研究

摘　　要：自媒体时代对00后大学新生的心理发展产生深刻影响,其内在心理需要与原有心理认知图式间的矛盾、虚拟生存与现实生存的内在冲突以及培养全面发展的人的要求共同构成了00后大学新生心理适应性问题的内在逻辑。当前,00后大学新生在理想目标确立、学业适应与职业选择、人际交往与集体生活、情绪控制与情感表达、时间管理与分配等方面存在心理适应性问题,这受到00后大学新生的心理特点、心理适应性教育缺失以及自媒体时代社会环境的影响,需增强心理适应性教育的指导性、实效性和系统性,提高大学新生的心理适应性能力。The lifestyle under the We-media era has had a profound impact on the psychological development of the post-2000s college freshmen.The contradiction between their inner psychological needs and the original psychological cognitive schema,the inherent conflict between the virtual survival and the reality survival,and the requirements of cultivating the well-rounded students together constitute the internal logic of the psychological adaptability of post-2000s college freshmen.At present,post-2000s college freshmen have psychological adaptability problems in the establishment of ideal goals,academic adaptation and career choice,interpersonal communication and collective life,emotional control and emotional expression,time management and distribution,which are caused by the psychological characteristics of the college freshmen themselves,the lack of psychological adaptability education and the social environment influence from the media age.It is necessary to enhance the guidance,effectiveness and systematic of psychological adaptive education to improve the psychological adaptability of post-2000s college freshmen.
