EQ-5D和SF-12量表在男性强制戒毒者生命质量评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究EQ-5D和SF-12量表评价男性强制隔离戒毒人员生命质量的效果差异。方法采用现场自填法,运用SF-12和EQ-5D中文版评价强制隔离戒毒人员的生命质量,使用单因素方差分析和t检验探索EQ-5D和SF-12量表评价效果差异。结果男性强制隔离戒毒人员EQ-5D评分中重度焦虑/抑郁者占56.62%,EQ-5D VAS评分(83.58±10.59)分,普遍较高;SF-12评分活力维度得分最高,(58.09±1.50)分,心理健康得分最低,(48.83±4.31)分;PCS得分集中分布在41~分,MCS得分集中分布在31~分。EQ-5D各维度(自我照顾维度除外)不同得分等级对应的SF-12得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SF-12不同得分等级对应的EQ-5D得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EQ-5D和SF-12量表均可反应男性强制隔离戒毒人员的生命质量,评估结果可对比互补,SF-12较EQ-5D的敏感性更高。Objective To explore the difference between EQ-5D and SF-12 in evaluating the quality of life of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.Methods SF-12 and EQ-5D Chinese version were used to evaluate the quality of life of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.One-way ANOVA and t-test were used to explore the difference between EQ-5D and SF-12 scale in evaluating the quality of life.Results The proportion of EQ-5D score of drug addicts with moderate and severe anxiety/depression was 56.62%,which was generally higher.In SF-12 score,the dynamic(TV)score was the highest(58.09±1.50),and the mental health(MH)score was the lowest(48.83±4.31).The PCS was concentrated in 30~60,and the MCS was concentrated in 31~40.There were significant differences in SF-12 scores among different scores of EQ-5D(except self-care)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in EQ-5D scores among different scores of SF-12(P>0.05).Conclusion Both EQ-5D and SF-12 can reflect the quality of life of drug addicts in compulsory isolation,and the evaluation results can be compared and complementary.SF-12 is more sensitive than EQ-5D.
