摘 要:以氨基三亚甲基叉膦酸(ATMPA)和ZrOCl2为前驱体,利用水热法成功制备有机膦酸锆(Zr-ATMPA),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征Zr-ATMPA的微观结构和表面物理化学性质,并通过批实验研究溶液pH值、离子强度、接触时间、铀浓度和温度对Zr-ATMPA吸附铀性能的影响。结果表明,Zr-ATMPA对U(VI)的吸附性能受pH值影响,最佳吸附pH值为5.0,而不受离子强度影响,为内层络合;平衡吸附时间为120 min;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,Zr-ATMPA对U(VI)的饱和吸附容量高达238.10 mg/g,明显大于ZrPO4,且结合能(ED-R)介于8~20 kJ/mol,即Zr-ATMPA对U(VI)为化学吸附,自发吸热过程。Zr-ATMPA有望用于去除放射性废水中的U(VI)。Organic zirconium phosphonate(Zr-ATMPA)was synthesized via hydrothermal method,and the precursors were amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and zirconium oxychloride.The microstructure and surface physicochemical properties of Zr-ATMPA had been characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Scan electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The adsorption behaviors of U(VI)on Zr-ATMPA were investigated by batch experiments including the factors of pH value,sorbent dosage,contact time,initial uranium concentration and temperature.The experimental results showed that the adsorption of uranium on Zr-ATMPA was pH-dependent rather than ionic strength,demonstrating that the adsorption of U(VI)onto Zr-ATMPA was inner sphere complexation.The optimal adsorption pH value was 5.0 and equilibrium adsorption time was 120 min.The adsorption process was fitted with pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.The saturation adsorption capacity of U(VI)on Zr-ATMPA(238.10 mg/g)was significantly larger than ZrPO4.Furthermore,the binding energy(ED-R)is in the range of 8~20 kJ/mol,indicating that chemisorption dominated the adsorption process.The adsorption of uranium was a spontaneous and endothermic behaviors.Herein,Zr-ATMPA adsorbent was expected to remove U(VI)from radioactive wastewater.
