摘 要:针对内外齿结构杯形件现行工艺中存在的材料利用率低、力学性能低等问题,提出了一种新型的成形工艺方法。利用有限元与试验相结合的方法,对这种新型成形工艺的机理进行研究,分析了内外齿杯形件的旋压成形特点,研究了内齿、外齿以及侧壁区域的残余应力、等效应变分布规律,预测了缺陷最易出现的区域,利用有限元仿真确定工艺参数,并进行了工艺试验。结果表明:在成形的起始位置处,坯料的外齿区域因受拉而最容易产生断裂缺陷,内齿区域的外侧金属受三向拉应力而发生变形,是产生裂纹缺陷的另一个主要位置;内、外齿旋压件的变形在圆周方向上呈现周期性。In view of the problems for low material utilization rate and low mechanical properties in the current process of cup-shaped parts with internal and external teeth,a new forming process method was proposed.The mechanism of this new forming process was studied by combined finite element method with experiment.The spinning forming characteristics of cup-shaped parts with internal and external teeth were analyzed.The distribution laws of residual stress and equivalent strain in the inner tooth,outer tooth and lateral wall regions were studied,and the most vulnerable regions of defects were predicted.The process parameters determined by finite element simulation were used to carry out the process test.The results show that at the initial position of forming,the fracture defect is most likely to occur in the outer tooth area of blank due to the tensile stress,and the outer metal in the inner tooth area is deformed due to the three-direction tensile stress which is another main location where the crack defect occurs.The deformations of the inner and outer teeth are periodic in the circumferential direction.
