摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,人们对城市防洪与供水工作的要求逐渐提高,并且城市的抗洪排涝水平直接影响城市的安全,所以,城市发展规划应十分重视防洪规划。论文论述了城市洪涝灾害的产生原因,总结了针对性的防洪规划措施,以供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization in China, people’s requirements for flood control and water supply in cities are gradually improved, and the level of flood control and drainage in cities directly affects the residential safety of cities. Therefore, urban development planning should attach great importance to flood control planning. This paper discusses the causes of urban flood and waterlogging disasters,and summarizes the targeted flood control planning measures for reference.
