摘　　要：针对聚四氟乙烯垫片的加工特点,通过刀具的刃磨和加工方法的合理运用,有效解决了加工垫片时容易产生的尺寸精度误差和形状精度误差,保证了表面粗糙度,使产品能够保质保量,为以后垫片加工提供经验。In this paper, according to the processing characteristics of ptfe gasket, through the cutting tool grinding and the reasonable use of processing methods, we effectively solved the size accuracy error and shape accuracy error easily produced in processing gasket, ensured the surface roughness, so that the product can guarantee the quality and quantity, which can provide experience for gasket processing in the future.
