摘　　要：随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的城市化建设水平也在不断提升,铁路作为重要的运输方式,其安全性也逐渐受到了我国政府和国民的重视。铁路四电的施工的影响铁路整体施工和运营的重要环节,其施工安全管理必须受到建设企业的重视。论文就铁路四电施工在铁路营业线建设过程中的重要性以及铁路营业线四电施工安全管理对策方面进行了分析。With the rapid development of China’s economy, the level of urbanization in China has been constantly improved. As an important mode of transportation, the safety of railway has gradually been paid more and more attention by the Chinese government and citizens. The construction of railway four-electricity affects the whole construction and the important link of railway operation, and its construction safety management must be paid attention to by the construction enterprise. This paper analyzes the importance of railway four-electricity construction in the process of railway business line construction and the safety management countermeasures of railway four-electricity construction.
