摘　　要：良好地运用投标报价技巧是企业是否可以成功中标的关键,只有根据特定的投标报价程序、采用合理的投标报价策略和技巧,才能确保企业成功中标。对此,论文主要对建设工程投标报价程序、策略及技巧进行研究,以供参考。A good use of bidding skills is the key to the success of an enterprise. Only according to the specific bidding procedures and reasonable bidding strategies and skills can an enterprise win the bid successfully. In this regard, this paper mainly studies the bidding procedures, strategies and skills of construction projects for reference.
