摘　　要：为克服传统整体折弯机凹模需要根据工件种类进行特定设计,不同的整体折弯机凹模间不能通用且整体凹模制作成本高,不适合铆焊厂家自己制作的问题,设计了一种可调节式组焊无痕折弯机凹模,并阐述了该凹模的工作特点。该凹模现已应用于实际生产,不仅有效地降低了成本,减小了折弯工作强度,且折弯工件的毛刺、缺肉等损伤明显减少,大大提高了折弯件的外观质量。In order to overcome the problem that the traditional bending die needs to be designed according to the kind of workpiece,and the problem that different bending dies can't be used,a kind of adjustable and indentation bending machine die is designed,and the working characteristics of the die are expounded.The mold has been applied to the actual production,not only effectively reducing the cost,reducing the working strength and bending the workpiece,but also reducing the burr,meat and other damage of the workpiece,so as to improve the appearance quality of the bending parts.
