摘 要:轮胎模具封闭型腔内的气体主要通过气孔排出,其设计因素直接影响模具的排气性能。为此,基于流体动力学理论,搭建块状花纹三维结构,采用数值模拟软件研究流体流动轨迹、排气时间、出口平均速度等物理量的变化规律,分析气孔型号和数量对块状花纹排气性能的影响。结果表明:在块状花纹型腔内部易产生旋涡,型号为2 mm的气孔受其影响较大,出口速度上下波动;气孔数量为3,型号为2 mm时需0.40 s排完型腔内空气,而3 mm气孔仅需0.36 s,时间缩短10%。花纹尺寸一定时,合理选择气孔数量及型号,使气体均匀排出,能减少旋涡对排气性能的影响,缩短排气时间,获得更好的排气性能。The gas in the closed cavity of the tire mold is mainly discharged through the air hole,and the design factor directly affects the exhaust performance of the mold.Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,this paper constructs the three-dimensional structure of block pattern,and uses numerical simulation software to study the variation law of physical flow such as fluid flow trajectory,exhaust time and average exit velocity,and analyzes the influence of the type and quantity of vent on the exhaust performance of the block pattern.The results show that the vortex is easy to be generated inside the block-shaped cavity.The air hole of model 2 mm is greatly affected by it,and the exit speed fluctuates up and down.The number of air holes is 3.When the model is 2 mm,it needs 0.40 s to discharge the air inside the cavity.The 3 mm pores only need 0.36 s,and the time is shortened by 10%.When the size of the pattern is fixed,the number and type of the pores are reasonably selected to uniformly discharge the gas,which can reduce the influence of the vortex on the exhaust performance,shorten the exhaust time,and obtain better exhaust performance.
