摘　　要：针对机械加工中,机床上通常使用的跟刀架装置在加工细长的容易下垂变形,而精度要求较高的花键轴,齿轮轴等工件时,普遍存在跟刀套支撑效果差,更换困难,材料损耗大;工件加工时颤动,加工精度差,效率低的问题;尤其加工细长轴轴头和台阶轴时存在支撑难的问题。因此,设计开发新型跟刀架以解决上述问题,跟刀架装置的好坏直接影响机械加工的效率、稳定性和质量。In the machining,usually the follow rest sleeve to support the workpiece is not very well when cut the workpiece such as the thin and long spline shaft.gear shaft and so on,and it is difficult to change the follow rest sleeve and the cost is increase,and it is vibrate when machining the thin and long shaft so that the accuracy is poor,efficiency is low,especially machining the thin and long shaft head and step shaft,the problem of support is very obviously,so it is very important to reseach and design a new type follow rest to slove above problem,because it is will influence the efficiency. stability and reliability of the quality.
