摘 要:本文对汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障的形成原因、危害、检测难点进行了分析,对转子匝间短路故障的常用检测方法和原理进行了介绍,分析了各检测方法的特点。结合一例发电机转子匝间短路故障的发现、诊断及处理过程,对发电机转子匝间短路检测方法进行了对比分析研究,并结合解体检查情况对分析结果进行了验证。结果表明,转子电流与振动关系法、探测线圈波形法、重复脉冲法(RSO)三种检测方法适用于机组的不同运行状态,检测原理各不相同,均具有较好的灵敏度,三种检测方法相互补充,通过综合分析判断可及早发现并定位匝间短路故障。为汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障的诊断提供参考。In this paper, the causes, damages and difficulties in detection of inter-turn short circuit fault of turbo-generator rotor are analyzed. The common detection methods and principle are introduced, and the characteristics of each detection method are analyzed. Combined with the discovery, diagnosis and treatment process of a generator rotor inter-turn short circuit fault, the detection methods of generator rotor inter-turn short circuit are compared and analyzed, and the analysis results are verified by disassembly inspection. The results show that the three detection methods of rotor current and vibration, search-coil waveform and repetitive surge oscilloscope(RSO) are suitable for different operation states of generating units. The detection principles are different and they all have good sensitivity. The three detection methods complement each other. Through comprehensive analysis and judgment, the inter-turn short circuit fault of generator rotor can be detected and located as early as possible. It provides a reference for the diagnosis of inter-turn short circuit fault of turbo-generator rotor.
