摘 要:高层建筑在进行平面布置、内部功能布局、外立面设计时,由于受到规划条件的限制,致使该高层建筑若干条抗震计算指标超出了规范要求,成了超限高层.超限高层在抗震方面非常不利,需要对该建筑进行抗震性能化设计,实现既定的性能化设计目标,使结构满足规范要求.本文以杭州拱墅区万达广场xx楼为例,对超限高层建筑在抗震设计时采用了SATWE和PMSAP两种不同计算软件对结构进行小震、中震计算分析,并用MIDAS软件进行大震静力弹塑性分析.通过对计算结果的梳理和分析,首先对超限情况进行判定,再通过专家论证确定性能化设计目标,采取有针对性的加强措施,实现抗震性能化设计目标C,最终达到“小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒”.超限高层建筑在进行抗震性能化设计时,关键点在于加强抗侧力构件的延性,合理控制竖向构件的轴压比,希望通过此案例的阐述能为类似超限高层的结构设计提供参考价值.In the process of plane layout,internal function layout and facade design of high-rise buildings,the limitation of planning conditions is given to the exceeding of several seismic calculation indexes of the high-rise buildings required by the code,hence the appearance of out-of-limit high-rise buildings.It is very disadvantageous in the terms of seismic resistance for such high-rise buildings;it is,therefore,very necessary to carry out the anti-seismic performance-based design for the buildings,thereby achieving the established performance-based design goal,and allowing the structure to meet the requirements of the code.Taking the XX building,Wanda Plaza,Gongshu District,Hangzhou as an example,the present paper used SATWE and PMSAP in the seismic design of high-rise buildings out of limit to analyze the structure under small and medium-sized earthquakes,and used Midas in the static elastoplastic analysis of large earthquakes.With the calculation results combed and analyzed,firstly,the overrun situation was judged,then the performance-based design goal determined through expert demonstration,and targeted strengthening measures taken to achieve the seismic performance-based design goal C,finally achieving the goal that the buildings stand still in“small earthquakes”,are repairable in“medium-sized earthquakes”,and do not collapse in“large earthquakes”.In the aseismic performance-based design of super high-rise buildings,the key point is to strengthen the ductility of anti-lateral force components and reasonably control the axial compression ratio of vertical components,in the hope that this case can provide reference for similar super high-rise structure design.
