治理现代化视阈下全面深化职业体育改革的逻辑遵守与实践侧重

摘　　要：中国职业体育改革进入深水区,需要全面深化改革再出发。结合新时代背景,在治理现代化建设语境中,研讨我国职业体育全面深化改革的逻辑意蕴和实践方略。认为:跳出为了改革而改革的理念束缚,治理现代化视域下全面深化职业体育改革的路向在于建立与人民对美好生活向往相切合、与中国体育强国相匹配的职业体育运行模式,形成高水平的中国特色职业体育,并涉及重塑治理主体、规范治理过程、优化治理目标等实践。全面深化我国职业体育改革,需要重点处理好三层关系,即改革重点上处理好政府、市场、社会之间关系,推进方式上处理好顶层设计与"摸着石头过河"之间关系,实践机理上处理好治理体系搭建与治理能力建设之间关系。It is need to comprehensively deepen reform and start again,as China’s professional sports reform into the deep water. Combined with the background of the new era,this paper discussed the logical implication and practical strategy of comprehensively deepen reform of China’s professional sports in the context of governance modernization. Going beyond the concept bondage as reform for the sake of reform,we think that comprehensive deepen reform of the professional sports may be to form a high level of professional sports with Chinese characteristics,being relevant to people’s yearning for a better life and matching the Chinese sports power operation mode of professional sports,which may relate to practice such as reshaping the governance body,standardizing management process,optimizing management target. To comprehensively deepen reform of professional sports in China,we need to focus on handling the three-layer relationship,that is,the relationship between the government,the market and the society,the relationship between top-level design and "crossing the river by feeling the stones",and the relationship between the establishment of governance system and the construction of governance capacity.
