摘 要:目的:探讨加强门诊药房药事管理对降低药患纠纷事件的意义。方法:将我院2017年1月至12月期间收治的门诊患者160例纳入到对照组中,此期间未实施门诊药方药事管理,再将我院2018年1月至12月期间收治的门诊患者160例纳入到研究组中,此期间实施加强门诊药房药事管理,比较两组药患纠纷事件发生率和满意度等。结果:研究组医患纠纷总发生率1.88%低于对照组8.75%(P<0.05)。研究组服务满意度98.75%高于对照组76.88%(P<0.05)。结论:医院加强门诊药房药事管理,可显著降低药患纠纷事件,改善护患管理,对医患双方均有利。Objective:To explore the significance of strengthening the pharmacy management of outpatient pharmacy in reducing the drug-patient disputes.Methods:160 outpatients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2017 were included in the control group.During this period,160 outpatients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were included in the study group.During this period,we strengthened the management of outpatients’pharmacy,and compared the incidence and satisfaction of drug-patient disputes between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of medical disputes in the study group was 1.88%lower than that in the control group(8.75%)(P<0.05).The service satisfaction of the study group was 98.75%higher than that of the control group(76.88%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the pharmacy management in outpatient dispensary can significantly reduce the drug-patient disputes and improve the nurse patient management,which is beneficial to both doctors and patients.
