摘  要:脑血流灌注的监测为围手术期脑保护创造了必要条件,可有效预防脑灌注不足引起的一系列围手术期中枢神经合并症。近年来脑血流灌注的监测方法有了很大发展,在围手术期脆弱脑功能患者的评估和管理中发挥重要作用。其中包括影像学监测、脑血氧饱和度监测、经颅多普勒监测、神经电生理监测等,特别是经颅多普勒监测、近红外光谱技术在脑血流灌注监测中有广阔的应用前景。目前仍没有一种非常完美的监测方法,不同的监测方法各有优势,应互为补充、取长补短。The monitoring of cerebral blood flow perfusion creates a necessary condition for perioperative brain protection,which can effectively prevent a series of perioperative central nervous complications caused by insufficient cerebral perfusion. In recent years,the monitoring methods have been greatly developed,playing an important role in the evaluation and management of perioperative patients with fragile brain function. Different monitoring technologies,such as imaging monitoring,cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring,transcranial Doppler monitoring and neuroelectrophysiological monitoring,especially,transcranial Doppler monitoring and near-infrared spectroscopy have broad applicative prospects in cerebral blood perfusion monitoring. At present,there is no single perfect monitoring method,and different monitoring methods have their own advantages and should complement each other in application.
