摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情(简称疫情)爆发后,中国经济遭受重大打击。餐饮服务、交通运输、工业制造等行业在第一季度均面临严峻挑战。疫情对天然气利用领域中的城市燃气、工业燃料、发电等造成不同程度影响。疫情影响天然气年消费增速约3个百分点,叠加经济、环保等因素影响的2个百分点,预计2020年天然气消费增速从9.4%下降至4.4%。疫情对天然气行业的影响涉及供需、价格、政策等多个方面,建议从"降低市场失速风险,避免短期供需失衡"和"持续推进天然气利用,保障长期稳定发展"两个层面多措并举,保障天然气市场和谐、健康可持续发展。Chinese economy suffered record blow from Coronavirus(COVID-19). Catering services, transportation, industrial manufacturing and other industries in the first quarter faced severe challenges. The epidemic in varying degrees impacted the nature gas consumption in areas of urban gas, industrial fuel and power generation. It is expected that the growth rate of natural gas consumption in 2020 will drop from 9.4% to 4.4%, contributed by 3% of the epidemic and a combination of the economic and environmental protection factors of 2%. The impact of the COVID-19 on the natural gas industry involved supply and demand, price, policy and other aspects. To ensure the harmonious, healthy and sustainable development of natural gas market, it is suggested to work on two aspects of "reducing market stall risk, avoiding short-term imbalance between supply and demand" and "continuously promoting natural gas utilization, ensuring long-term stable development".
