摘　　要：蒙东地区地处内蒙古自治区东北部,由于远离国家基干管道,天然气市场化发展水平不高。阐述了蒙东地区四盟市(通辽市、赤峰市、兴安盟及呼伦贝尔市)社会、经济、能源及天然气基础设施现状,天然气消费现状和城市气化现状;对蒙东地区未来天然气需求总量、需求分布、需求结构和季节调峰需求进行了预测;探讨了依托中俄东线天然气管道以支状管网的方式建设供气支线的方案。针对蒙东地区天然气市场发展、管道建设模式、政府企业统筹协调等方面提出了建议。The eastern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is far away from the national trunk pipeline. LNG or CNG market there is underdevelopment. In this paper, it predicted total nature gas consumption, consumer demand and structure and peak demand adjustments based on current situations of social, economic, energy and natural gas infrastructure of eastern Inner Mongolia. It suggested to build a branch gas pipeline linked up with the eastern line of China and Russia, and proposed the preliminary process, line routes and investment plan for developing natural gas market, pipeline construction mode, and overall coordinating.
