摘 要:云南省气候条件非常适合冬马铃薯栽培。为探明干旱胁迫对冬播马铃薯现蕾期生理生化指标的影响,并对马铃薯品种抗旱性进行鉴定,试验以云南省主栽的4个马铃薯品种(‘合作88’、‘丽薯6号’、‘宣薯2号’和‘会-2’)为试验材料,在干旱胁迫及对照(正常供水CK)条件下测定马铃薯各品种现蕾期的生理生化指标(脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和丙二醛含量),并对各生理生化指标变幅进行模糊隶属函数分析。在干旱胁迫下,脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和丙二醛含量均较对照增加。除脯氨酸与超氧化物歧化酶活性外,各生理指标的变化存在品种间差异。4个马铃薯品种抗旱性由强到弱依次是:‘会-2’>‘宣薯2号’>‘合作88’>‘丽薯6号’。干旱胁迫下4个马铃薯品种的生理响应存在差异,即品种抗旱性有差异。The climate conditions in Yunnan Province are very suitable for winter sowing potatoes. Using four main potato varieties(’Hezuo 88’, ’Lishu 6’, ’Xuanshu 2’ and ’Hui-2’) planted in Yunnan Province as the test materials, the physiological and biochemical indexes(proline content, soluble protein content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,peroxidase(POD) activity, catalase(CAT) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content) of potatoes at bud flower stage were measured, and the variation of physiological and biochemical indexes were evaluated using the fuzzy membership function analysis, in order to explore the effect of drought stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of winter sowing potato, and identify the drought resistance of different potato varieties. Under drought stress, the proline content,soluble protein content, SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, and MDA content were higher than those in the control treatment(CK). However, indexes of drought resistance were different with the varieties except proline content and SOD activity. The rank of drought resistance of four potato varieties was ’Hui-2’ > ’Xuanshu 2’ > ’Hezuo 88’ > ’Lishu 6’. Under drought stress, the physiological responses of the four potato varieties were different, that is, the drought resistance of varieties was different.
