摘 要:水平井射孔时射孔枪与套管不居中,导致各相位射孔孔眼控制的渗流区域大小不一,且孔径差异大。为实现水平井偏心射孔孔眼一致,采用了等孔径射孔代替传统的超深穿透射孔。借助热流场和渗流场在数学描述上的相似性,利用ANSYS仿真分析了水平井偏心和不偏心状态下的超深穿透和等孔径射孔完井油气产能比。对比发现,偏心射孔对产能比的影响可忽略,在等同边界条件下,穿深更深的超深穿透射孔完井比等孔径射孔完井产能比提高12.41%;进一步地,穿深0.956m的等孔径射孔较穿深0.78m的等孔径射孔完井产能比提高13.09%,说明穿深比孔径对水平井射孔完井产能比的影响更大。虽然等孔径射孔可实现水平井射孔孔眼一致,改善压裂效果,但为了提高油气产能比,进一步提高射孔穿深仍是其发展方向。When perforating in horizontal wells,the perforating gun and casing are not in the center,which results in the different sizes of the seepage zone controlled by perforation in all phases and large pore diameter difference.In order to achieve the uniformity of eccentric perforation in horizontal wells,equal-aperture perforation was used instead of the traditional ultra-deep penetration perforation.Based on the similarity of heat flow field and seepage field in mathematical description,ANSYS simulation was used to analyze hydrocarbon productivity ratio of ultra-deep penetration and perforation completion in horizontal wells under eccentric and concentric conditions.The comparison shows that the effect of eccentric perforating on the productivity ratio can be ignored.Under the same boundary conditions,the productivity ratio of the super-deep penetration perforating completion with deeper penetration depth is 12.41%higher than that of the equal-aperture perforating completion.Furthermore,the productivity ratio of equal-aperture perforation at a penetration depth of 0.956m is 13.09%higher than that at a penetration depth of 0.78m,which shows that the impact of the perforation depth is greater than that of the diameter on the productivity ratio of the horizontal wells.Although the equal-aperture perforation can achieve the same diameters as the perforation tunnel in horizontal wells and improve the fracturing effect,it is still the development direction to further improve perforation penetration depth in order to increase the hydrocarbon productivity ratio.
