摘　　要：本文阐述了由首钢股份迁钢公司与杭州钱江称重技术有限公司联合研制的发明专利--履带式电动抓钢机高准确度计量装置的结构、原理及应用效果。介绍了抓钢机计量装置与起重设备的测力安全报警装置之间的区别。履带式抓钢机高准确度计量装置是为钢铁、冶金配料而专门研制的一种新型计量器具,将废钢的配料称重、装卸载计划、生产调度信息与物联网的有机结合,可广泛应用于钢铁、冶金、矿山、林区、铁路、物流等场合的起重计量。履带式抓钢机高准确度计量装置,解决了起重车辆对梅花抓斗、贝壳抓斗、圆木抓斗、电磁吸盘等抓具互换使用的需求;突破了起重臂杆与斗杆在伸缩、颤动、摆幅、旋转、车辆走行动态工况下,实现快速、准确动态计量的技术瓶颈。This paper describes the invention patent jointly developed by shougangqiangang co., LTD and hangzhouqianjiang weighing technology co., LTD-structure, principle and application effect of high accuracy measuring device of crawler electric steel grasping machine. Introduces the difference between the measuring device of steel grasping machine and the force measuring safety alarm device of lifting equipment.The high accuracy measuring device of crawler type steel grasping machine is a new measuring instrument specially developed for steel and metallurgical batching, the organic combination of weighing ingredients of scrap, loading and unloading plan, production scheduling information and the internet of things, can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, mining, forest, railway, logistics and other occasions of lifting measurement.
