摘　　要：在当前全球"黑天鹅"事件频发、企业组织面临的外部市场环境愈加动荡不安、各种不确定因素显著增加、组织生存发展遭遇诸多复杂动态变量挑战的宏观背景下,企业组织唯有持续强化员工的自我归属感、利他归属感和组织归属感,才能凝聚起组织全员自动自发、团结互助、创新创效的不竭激情干劲,推动企业科学可持续发展。In the current global "black swan"event frequent, the external market environment that the enterprise organization faces is more and more turbulent, various uncertain factors significantly increased, organizational survival and development is confronted with the challenge of many complex dynamic variables in the macro context, only by continuously strengthening the sense of self-belonging, altruistic sense of belonging and organizational sense of belonging of employees can enterprises and organizations gather the inexhaustible enthusiasm and drive of all members of the organization for self-motivation, solidarity, innovation and efficiency, and promote the scientific and sustainable development of enterprises.
