清脑降压颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压并糖尿病患者临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：探讨清脑降压颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压并糖尿病患者临床疗效及安全性。将76例老年原发性高血压并糖尿病患者随机分为两组。对照组38例采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组38例采用清脑降压颗粒+厄贝沙坦治疗。治疗结果显示,治疗结束后实验组临床疗效(94.74%)显著高于对照组(76.32%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平明显低于对照组,HDL-C水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应(P>0.05)。因此,在老年原发性高血压并糖尿病患者临床治疗中,清脑降压颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗在降压、降血脂、改善血清Hcy、BNP作用显著,且安全性较高,值得推荐。To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingnaojiangya granule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes.76 elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the control group were treated with irbesartan,38 cases in the observation group were treated with Qingnaojiangya granule+irbesartan.The results showed that the clinical effect of the experimental group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.32%)(P<0.05);the observation group had diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density cholesterol(LDL-C),homocysteine(Hcy)after treatment.The levels of BNP and HDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes,Qingnaojiangya granule combined with irbesartan has significant effect on reducing blood pressure and blood lipid,improving serum Hcy and BNP,and has high safety,which is worth recommending.
