系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞水平变化的临床意义

摘　　要：分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞水平变化。94例SLE患者作为研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者50例为对照组。结果显示SLE组CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞计数和百分率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson积差分析显示CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞计数与SLEDAI评分和24 h尿蛋白定量呈明显负相关性(P<0.05);以8.04%为临界值,CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞计数判断SLE活动性的灵敏度为57.78%,特异度为78.57%,AUC为0.677。实验表明SLE患者外周血CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞表达明显减少,观察其表达水平变化可为判断病情活动度和肾功能损害提供参考依据。To analyze the changes of peripheral blood CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK cells in patients with SLE.94 patients with SLE were selected as subjects.Another 50 healthy examiners at the same period were selected as control group.The results showed that the count and percentage of CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK cells in SLE group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that the count of CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK cells was significantly and negatively correlated with SLEDAI score and 24h urine protein quantitation(P<0.05).So The expression of CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+NK cells in peripheral blood of SLE patients is significantly decreased.Observing the changes of expression level can provide a reference for judging the disease activity and renal function impairment.
