摘  要:为了充分完成年初节能量计划,大庆油田某采油厂根据主要耗能设备的种类不同,主要应用双速双功率拖动装置、YCH系列高转差率电动机、更换加热炉节能燃烧器、安装S11型节能变压器等节能技术,有效地完成了年初所定节能量计划,为下一步的技术改造奠定了基础,对其他采油厂具有指导意义。其中,S11节能变压器单体投资最少,为1.84万元;节能燃烧器投资回收期最短为1.5年;S11节能变压器节能率最高,为19.68%。in order to fully complete the energy saving plan, at the beginning of a production plant of Daqing Oilfield, according to the types of main energy-consuming equipment mainly used double speed double power drive device, YCH series high slip motor and replace the heating furnace energy-saving burner, installing energy-saving transformers S11 type, such as energy saving technology, effectively completed the energy saving plan early, laid a base for further technological transformation development, for other production plant has a guiding significance.Among them, S11 energy-saving transformer monomer investment is the least, is 18 400 yuan;The investment payback period of energy-saving burners is the shortest, 1.5 years.S11 energy saving transformer has the highest energy saving rate of 19.68%.
