空气能热泵在成品油管道站场的试应用分析

摘　　要：目前成品油管道站场随管道建设而日益增多,站场冬季供热主要用于站内管道及设备伴热、宿舍生活供暖和办公区供暖,站内管道及设备主要使用电伴热,剩余的宿舍生活供暖和办公区供暖需要的热量比原油管道站场少很多,通常配备小型(60~150 kW)燃油或燃气锅炉即可满足站内供热需要。由于锅炉管理属于国家特种设备,从制造、使用、检定、维护等环节都有严格规定,容量虽小但运行、维护工作量和成本均较高,且有燃烧产物会污染空气。在两个成品油管道站场首次安装不同功率的空气能热泵进行试应用,考察其实际运行效果和能效水平,结果表明其能效等级超过3级,电费约为燃油热水锅炉燃料费的四分之一,对降低站场供暖部分的运行成本有较大帮助,在北方地区冬季使用热泵机组代替锅炉供暖有较大的推广应用价值。At present, the number of oil product pipeline stations is increasing day by day. In winter, the heating of the stations and yards is mainly used for the heating of pipelines and equipment in the stations, the heating of living quarters and office areas. The pipelines and equipment in the station mainly use electric heat tracing, and the heat needed for the rest of the dormitory heating and office area heating is much less than that of the crude oil pipeline station.Generally, small(60-150 k W) oil fired or gas-fired boilers can meet the heating needs in the station. As the boiler management belongs to the national special equipment, there are strict regulations from the manufacturing, use, verification, maintenance and other links. Although the capacity is small, the workload and cost of operation and maintenance are high, and there are combustion products that will pollute the air. Pipeline enterprises have been looking for new and energy-saving heating products to replace boilers. On the basis of ensuring the hot water and heat needed by the station, they try to reduce the workload of operation and maintenance, reduce the emission of air pollutants, and reduce the operation cost of enterprises. It is the first time to install air energy heat pumps of different power in two oil product pipeline stations for trial application,and to inspect their actual operation effect and energy efficiency level. The results show that the energy efficiency level is more than level 3, and the electricity cost is about one quarter of the fuel cost of oil fired hot water boiler. The energy-saving and environmental protection effect is obvious, which is of great help to reduce the operation cost of the heating part of the station, and is of great help to the defects existing in the trial application After the improvement, the use of heat pump unit instead of boiler heating in winter in the northern region has great promotion value.
