摘　　要：YF27B型滤棒气力输送装置是常德烟机公司在已有产品YF27A型滤棒气力输送装置的基础上做重大升级改进而成的新型滤棒气力输送产品[1].根据客户的使用反馈,YF27B型滤棒气力输送装置存在着料位检测不准的情况,导致使用中会发生不必要停机的情况.YF27B型滤棒气力输送装置采用西门子S7-300PLC作为其控制系统,通过料仓上左右各一个光电开关和两个接近开关来检测料仓料位.料位检测程序用LAD(梯形图)写在FC45中,并在OB1中进行调用[2].需要对程序进行调整,以解决上述问题.YF27B filter rod pneumatic conveying device is a new type of filter rod pneumatic conveying product that Changde Tobacco machinery Co.,Ltd.has made major upgrading and improvement on the basis of the existing product YF27A filter rod pneumatic convey ing device.According to the customer′s feedback,the material level of YF27B filter rod pneumatic conveying device is not detected cor rectly,resulting in unnecessary shutdown in use.The pneumatic conveying device of YF27B filter rod adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC as its control system,and detects the material level of the silo through one photoelectric switch and two proximity switches on the left and right of the silo.The level detection program is written in FC45 with LAD(ladder diagram)and called in OB1.The procedure needs to be adjusted to solve the above problems.
