基于人类命运共同体构建国际体育共同体的思考

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,在人类命运共同体背景下,试图解决国际体育组织间的矛盾与分歧,寻找适用于整个国际的体育规则,塑造国际体育价值观,进一步深化国际治理改革。建设国际体育共同体的意义体现在:推进相互依存的国际权力观,推进合作共赢的共同利益观,推进可持续的发展观,推进公平合理的全球治理观。建议从重视顶层设计、积极构建规则、开拓搭建平台、开展主场外交4个方面积极构建国际体育共同体。Through literature method,this paper tries to resolve the contradictions and differences between international sports organizations,find the rules of sports that apply to the whole world,shape the values of international sports,and further deepen the reform of international governance in the context of the human destiny community.International sports community will advance the concept of interdependent international power,mutual benefits and win-win,sustainable development,and a fair and reasonable global governance.It is suggested attach importance to top-level design,actively establish rules,develop platforms,and conduct home diplomacy.
