摘　　要：讨论了用于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序测试和验证的硬件和软件工具,提出了一种基于PC目标模拟器的设计思路。该模拟器由装有适当I/O卡的PC和在PC上运行的模拟器程序组成。该模拟器能够模拟真实工业对象的行为(皮带输送机),能够有效提高煤矿皮带集控系统的稳定性和可靠性,为安全高效生产提供了保障。This paper discussed the hardware and software tools for PLC program test and verification,and put forward a design idea based on PC target simulator.The simulator consists of a PC with an appropriate I/O card and a simulator program running on the PC.The simulator can simulate the behavior of real industrial objects(belt conveyor),effectively improve the stability and reliability of the coal mine belt centralized control system,and provide a guarantee for safe and efficient production.
