难治性便秘患者经鼻空肠管行粪菌移植治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨难治性便秘患者通过鼻空肠管途径进行粪菌移植治疗的护理要点。方法选取2018年10月至2019年5月在我院消化内科病区进行粪菌移植治疗的8例难治性便秘患者,移植前做好肠道菌群配型、入院宣教;移植中做好不良反应观察;移植后做好生活饮食指导;移植全程均做好心理护理并注意观察患者心理变化。粪菌移植治疗后随访患者疗效及生活质量。结果随访4周后,治愈4例,缓解3例,无效1例,患者均无移植相关的不良反应。结论难治性便秘患者行粪菌移植治疗的同时给予有效的护理可提高患者临床疗效和生活质量,有效减少粪菌移植对患者心理的影响。Objective To discuss the nursing points for patients with refractory constipation treated with fecal bacteria transplantation through nasal jejunal tube.Methods We selected 8 cases of patients with refractory constipation who were treated with fecal bacteria transplantation in the gastroenterology ward of our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019.Before transplantation,the intestinal flora matching and admission education were done well,observe the adverse reactions were observed well in transplantation,a dietary guidance after transplantation was made well,and psychological care throughout the transplantation should be observed well and the psychological changes of patients were also observed.The patients'efficacy and quality of life after treatment with fecal bacteria transplantation should be follow-up.Results After 4 weeks of follow-up,there were 4 cases that were cured,3 cases were relieved,and 1 case was ineffective.None of the patients had transplant-related adverse reactions.Conclusion The patients with refractory constipation were treated with fecal bacteria transplantation,at the same time,the effective nursing should be given,which could improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,and effectively reduce the psychological impact of fecal bacteria transplantation on patients.
