摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对高龄产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月产前抑郁筛查阳性的120例高龄孕妇作为研究对象,按产检奇偶顺序等分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施常规的孕产期护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施互联网+微信心理疏导、认知干预,以及产前、产时、产后多样化干预方式。比较两组高龄产妇的产后抑郁、睡眠质量、特质应对水平以及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果干预组产后3,15,42 d产后抑郁得分低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后,干预组产妇的睡眠质量、消极应对得分低于对照组(P<0.05),积极应对得分、对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预可改善高龄产妇的睡眠质量,提高积极应对能力,有效降低产后抑郁的发生。Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention for postpartum depression of elderly pregnant women.Methods To select 120 cases of elderly pregnant women who were positive for prenatal depression screening from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to the parity order of the obstetric examination.The control group implemented routine maternal care,and the intervention group implemented psychological counseling with internet+WeChat,cognitive intervention,and diversified intervention methods before,during and after childbirth on the basis of routine nursing.The postpartum depression,sleep quality,response level of traits and satisfaction with nursing work of elderly women were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum depression score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group at 3,15,42 days after childbirth(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality and negative coping score in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the positive coping score and satisfaction of nursing work in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the full-course nursing intervention could improve the quality of sleep of elderly pregnant women,improve their ability to respond actively,and effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
