影响早产儿经口喂养过渡时间的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响早产儿经口喂养过渡时间的相关因素。方法选择2018年2月至2019年8月我院80例早产儿为研究对象,调查早产儿经口喂养过渡时间,收集胎龄、出生体质量、分娩方式等围产期资料,比较不同早产儿经口喂养过渡时间的差异,并进行多元线性回归分析,找出影响早产儿经口喂养过渡时间的相关因素。结果80例早产儿平均经口喂养过渡时间为8.87(2.01)d;不同胎龄、出生体质量、经鼻持续气道正压通气时间、经口喂养纠正时间、分娩方式、Apgar评分、合并新生儿肺炎、合并败血症早产儿经口喂养过渡时间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,胎龄、出生体质量、经鼻持续气道正压通气时间、经口喂养纠正时间、分娩方式是影响早产儿经口喂养过渡时间的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论早产儿经口喂养过渡时间较长,受到胎龄、出生体质量、经鼻持续气道正压通气时间、经口喂养纠正时间、分娩方式等影响,应采取针对性措施缩短经口喂养过渡时间。Objective To explore the related factors affecting the transition time of oral feeding in premature infants.Methods Select 80 premature infants in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 as the research object,investigate the oral feeding transition time of premature infants,collect perinatal data such as gestational age,birth weight,and delivery methods,and compare different preterm infants The difference of oral feeding transition time,and multiple linear regression analysis,to find out the relevant factors that affect the oral feeding transition time of premature infants.Results The average oral feeding transition time of 80 premature infants was 8.87(2.01)days.The oral feeding transition time between premature infants with different in gestational age,birth body mass,nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation time,oral feeding correction time,delivery methods,Apgar score,neonatal pneumonia and sepsis was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the gestational age,birth weight,nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation time,oral feeding correction time,and delivery methods are independent risk factors that affect the oral feeding transition time of premature infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional time of oral feeding for premature babies is relatively long.Due to the influence of gestational age,birth body mass,nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation time,oral feeding correction time and delivery method,etc.,targeted measures should be taken to shorten the transitional time of oral feeding.
