摘  要:目的探讨胸部新式叩击在婴幼儿肺炎排痰中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月的婴幼儿肺炎患儿146例作为研究对象,随机将患儿等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规背部叩击排痰,观察组采用胸部新式叩击排痰,比较两组患儿的排痰效果。结果观察组患儿临床疗效水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿有效排痰时间、喘憋缓解时间、痰鸣音消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿3 d内排痰量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸部新式叩击用于婴幼儿肺炎患儿能够有效改善临床疗效,促进患儿有效排痰,临床症状改善迅速,患儿早期排痰效果佳,具有一定的借鉴价值。Objective To explore the application effect of new chest tapping for eliminating phlegm in infants with pneumonia.Methods To select 146 cases of infants with pneumonia from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects.The children patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used conventional back tapping for eliminating phlegm,and the observation group adopted a new chest tapping for eliminating phlegm to compare the effect of eliminating phlegm of the two groups.Results The level of clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective time of eliminating phlegm,relief time of asthmatic suffocating,disappearance time of gurgling with sputum,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,and recovery time of body temperature in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the output of eliminating phlegm in the observation group within 3 days was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new chest tapping for infants with pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical curative effect,promote the effective eliminating phlegm for children patients,improve clinical symptoms quickly,and have good effect of eliminating phlegm in early stage,which had certain reference value.
