摘　　要：目的探讨基于心理和生理健康的快乐成长模式对矮小症患者家长的认知与就医取向的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年7月我院收治的70例矮小症患儿和家长作为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用院内健康宣教,研究组实施基于心理和生理健康的“快乐成长”护理模式,比较两组家长的认知与就医取向干预效果。结果研究组家长对矮小症认知水平知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长影响就医取向率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论矮小症患儿和家长在应用基于心理和生理健康的快乐成长模式,可有效提高家长对矮小症相关知识的掌握水平,改善患儿和家长主动就医取向,尽早进行规范临床治疗,具有临床推广和研究价值。Objective To explore the effect of happy growth model based on mental and physiological health for the cognition and hospital preference of parents of children patients with dwarfism.Methods To select 70 cases of children patients with dwarfism and their parents admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group adopted nosocomial health education,and the study group implemented a happy growth nursing model based on mental and physiological health to compared the cognition and the intervention effect of hospital preference of parents between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of the cognitive level of dwarfism in the parents of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of hospital preference effected by the parents of the children patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of happy growth model based on mental and physiological health for the cognition and hospital preference of parents of children patients with dwarfism,which can effectively improve the parents'mastery of the knowledge related to dwarfism,improve the initiative hospital preference of children patients and their parents to standardize clinical treatment as soon as possible.Therefore,it has clinical promotion and study value.
