摘 要:餐厨废油(Waste cooking oils,WCO)是一种有潜力的生物柴油生产原料。这种资源化利用餐厨废油的途径不仅有效降低了生物柴油的原料成本,还可缓解生物柴油原料与粮争地的矛盾。但用餐厨废弃油中游离脂肪酸、水分和其他杂质含量高,对生物柴油的产率有明显负面影响。文章介绍了近几年以餐厨废油作为生物柴油原料的研究概况,分析了催化法和非催化法的特点和研究发展趋势,分类介绍了所用的催化剂,为利用餐厨废弃油脂制备生物柴油技术的探索和进一步开发提供一些参考。Waste cooking oils(WCO) are a potential raw material for biodiesel production. This way of resource utilization of waste cooking oil not only effectively reduces the cost of biodiesel raw materials, but also alleviates the conflict between biodiesel raw materials and grain. However, the high content of free fatty acids, water and other impurities in waste cooking oil has a significant negative impact on biodiesel yield. In this paper the research situation of using waste cooking oil as raw material of biodiesel was introduced in recent years, the characteristics and development trend of catalytic and non catalytic methods in the preparation of biodiesel were analyzed, the catalysts used were classified and introduced. It provides some references for the exploration and further development of the technology of preparing biodiesel from waste cooking oil.
