韦氏整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察对比临床上使用韦氏整脊手法治疗与推拿手法治疗两种不同的治疗方案对神经根型颈椎病的不同疗效,从而得出治疗神经根型颈椎病的较佳方案。方法:从患有神经根型颈椎病的患者中任选60名,随机分为推拿手法治疗组(对照组)和韦氏整脊手法治疗组(治疗组)。分别将这两组治疗前后的疼痛评分、治疗效果进行评估分析、比较。结果:两组治疗后的VAS疼痛评分较治疗前的均有显著降低(P<0.05),而韦氏整脊手法治疗组较推拿手法治疗组对于VAS评分降低更为明显(P<0.05)。推拿手法治疗组总有效率为57%;韦氏整脊手法治疗组总有效率为83%,且两组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:韦氏整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病比推拿手法治疗疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe and compare the different therapeutic effects of Wechsler chiropractic therapy and massage therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinical practice, so as to obtain the best therapeutic scheme for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 60 patients suffering from this disease were randomly divided into massage therapy group(control group) and Wechsler chiropractic therapy group(treatment group). The pain score,therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated, analyzed and compared respectively. Results: The VAS pain score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05), while the VAS score of the Wechsler chiropractic therapy group was significantly lower than that of the massage therapy group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 57% in the massage therapy group and 83% in the Wechsler chiropractic therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wechsler chiropractic manipulation is better than massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and is worthy of clinical application.
