摘 要:文章对比研究了生产上常用的青沙蚕和红沙蚕两种沙蚕对南美白对虾亲虾交配率和雌虾性腺发育的影响。研究结果表明,使用红沙蚕投喂,亲虾交配率、性腺与肝胰腺比重、性腺指数等参数,均显著高于使用青沙蚕投喂。而使用青沙蚕投喂又显著高于无沙蚕组。得出人工养殖的青沙蚕可部分代替天然红沙蚕资源,但仍存在一定差异,急需开发更多的代用生物饵料的结论。In this paper, the effects of two kinds of sand silkworm, green sand silkworm and red sand silkworm, on the mating rate and gonad development of penaeus vannamei were studied. The results showed that the mating rate, the ratio of gonad to hepatopancreas, and the gonad index were significantly higher when the red sand silkworm was fed than those of the green sand silkworm. The feeding rate of green sand silkworm was significantly higher than that of no sand silkworm. The results show that the cultured green sand silkworm can partly replace the natural red sand silkworm, but there are still some differences, so it is urgent to develop more alternative biological bait.
