摘 要:【目的】研究了除虫菊素与硫酸烟碱对红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)中型工蚁的毒杀活性及攻击、爬杆、抓附能力的行为影响,并研究了除虫菊素对红火蚁的田间药效。【方法】采用饵剂法。【结果】0.01%除虫菊素饵剂和0.01%硫酸烟碱饵剂处理后9 d,工蚁校正死亡率为71.67%和55.00%。0.01%除虫菊素饵剂处理后7 d,攻击率、爬杆率和抓附率分别为21.67%、18.33%和18.33%。0.01%硫酸烟碱饵剂处理后7 d,攻击率、爬杆率和抓附率分别为36.67%、30.00%和20.00%。田间试验结果表明,0.005%、0.01%除虫菊素饵剂药后35 d,红火蚁虫口减退率分别为48.85%和75.74%,极显著高于对照处理(P<0.001)。【结论】研究表明,除虫菊素与硫酸烟碱对红火蚁具有良好的毒杀效果,在红火蚁绿色防治中有广阔的应用前景。【Objective】To study the effects of pyrethrins and nicotine sulfate on the insecticidal activity,attacking activity,climbing ability,adhesive ability of Solenopsis invicta Buren medium-sized workers.And the field efficacy of pyrethrins on S.invicta.【Method】The effects were studied by the methods of poisonous baits.【Result】The results show that after treatment with 0.01% pyrethrins and 0.01% nicotine sulfate baits for 9 d,the corrected mortality rates of S.invicta workers were 71.67% and 55.00%.After treatment with 0.01%pyrethrins baits for 7 d,the attacking rate was 21.67%,the climbing rate was 18.33%,the adhesive rate was 18.33%.After treatment with 0.01% nicotine sulfate baits for 9 d,the attacking rate was 36.67%,the climbing rate was 30.00%,the adhesive rate was 20.00%.After treatment with 0.005% and 0.01% pyrethrins baits for 35 d in the field,the decline rates of insect quantity were 48.85% and 75.74%,and significantly higher than CK(P<0.001)【.Conclusion】Collectively,pyrethrins and nicotine sulfate are promising plant insecticidal components against S.invicta,and have considerable potential for application in the control of S.invicta.
