摘　　要：目的了解和分析基层医院病理科发展现状和困境,针对存在的问题提出改进措施。方法采用问卷调查的方式对南通市各医疗单位病理科发放"病理科情况调查表",对其基本情况、工作量、设备、科研、教学、人才等方面进行摸底调查。结果目前南通市各医疗单位病理科存在工作用房不足、人才配置不合理、科研层次低等问题,尤其是二级及以下医院病理科问题更显突出。结论需要卫生主管部门采取相关措施,从资源配置的规模、服务功能、专业人才队伍建设等方面对基层医院病理科建设加以完善、调整和提升,以便更好地推动病理专业的发展。Objective To understand and analyze the status quo and dilemma of the pathology departments of hospitals at grassroots levels in Nantong city and propose countermeasures.Methods A self-designed"Questionnaire on Pathology Department"was sent to the pathology departments of hospitals in Nantong to investigate their basic conditions,workload,equipment,scientific research,teaching,and staffing.Results Pathology departments of various medical institutions in Nantong were facing problems such as insufficient working space,unreasonable staffing structure,and low capability of scientific research,especially in pathology departments of secondary and lower level hospitals.Conclusions Health authorities need to take measures to improve,adjust,and upgrade the development of pathology departments in primary and secondary hospitals in terms of resource allocation,service functions,and professional personnel capacity-building,so as to further promote the development of pathology.
