摘　　要：近年来,我国社会办医院发展迅速,在医疗卫生领域发挥越来越大的作用,已成为我国医疗卫生健康事业的重要组成部分,但其超声医学科的发展和建设还比较滞后和薄弱。文章就社会办医疗机构中超声医学科建设的现状和发展中的困境,结合医院科室专业问题、医师组织架构、医师离职率、科室质量管理、信息化水平、科室人文等情况,简要分析影响及制约其发展的因素,提出了包括构建科室人才合理构架体系,加强超声专业学科质控人员培训,运用科室多元化医疗质量管理要素,加强科室信息化建设,加强科室文化人文建设等针对性措施,紧紧围绕科室质量与安全、质量管理持续改进为主线,探索社会办医疗机构中超声医学学科建设与发展的现代管理模式,树立科室人文品牌意识,使社会办医疗机构中超声医学科医疗质量与安全、健康服务水平持续提升,更好地满足广大人民群众的健康需求。Private hospitals have played an increasingly important role in China’s healthcare undertakings;however,less progress has been made in the development and construction of ultrasound medical departments in these institutions.This article briefly analyzes the status quo of the departments of ultrasound medicine in private medical institutions in terms of discipline construction,staffing,turnover rate of doctors,quality management,informationization level,and department culture.Countermeasures were proposed,including optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening the training of quality control personnel,adopting multiple medical quality management modes,enhancing the informationization,and strengthening the cultural and humanistic construction.Focusing on the safety and quality and with continuous improvement in quality management as a priority,the authors explored the modern management model of departments of ultrasound medicine in private medical institutions,which includes enhancing discipline construction,and enhancing awareness of cultural branding,with a purpose to constantly improve the service quality and safety,and capability,thus better meeting the health needs of the people.
