高校一站式服务环境下办公自动化系统的构建研究

摘　　要：随着高校智慧校园建设的快速发展,以及一站式网上服务体系的不断完善,高校办公业务的管理也随之发生了变革,师生对一站式办公服务提出了新的需求。为了能够更好地推进高校办公自动化的服务水平,以流程审批、协同办公、公文流转和请示报告等一系列的服务需求,正不断地在办公自动化业务服务流程中被应用,高校办公自动化业务正逐步进入以流程引擎为主导的网上一站式办公服务的新阶段。文章从高校管理职能的转变和提供便捷的办公业务服务出发,构建基于高校网上一站式服务平台的办公服务体系,以“一站式网上办公”为目标,不断提升高校各项办公业务的办事效率。With the improvement of Wisdom Campus,new demands have been put forward by college staff for one-stop service to re spond to the changes in OAS management.For enhancement of OAS service,A series of service demands such as procedure approval,cooperative office work,document circulation and report submission is applied to OAS service procedures,leading to a new stage domi nated by process engine.In order to transform the functions of college administration,the paper is designed to construct college OAS Based on college online one-stop service platform to facilitate the service and increase the efficiency.
