摘　　要：针对陶瓷导弹天线罩静热试验中失效评估的技术难点,本文介绍了基于宏观断裂形貌分析、断裂过程的声发射和高速摄像监测、陶瓷罩体表面位移/应变测试,以及失效形式的仿真分析等多种失效分析方法、分析流程及其试验应用案例,并指出了各种分析技术的发展方向。Aiming at the technical difficulties of the failure evaluation for ceramic radome in thermal-mechanical test,the failure analysis methods,procedure,and application case based on macroscopic cracking morphology analysis,acoustic emission and high speed camera monitoring of cracking process,the surface displacement and strain test of ceramic radome,and numerical simulation of the failure mode are introduced in this paper,and the development directions of various analysis technologies are given.
